You can reach our data protection officer at datenschutz@ukl.de or by post at our address with the addition "data protection officer".

 

III. For what purposes and on which legal basis do we process personal data?

a) Visit to our website

If you visit our website merely for information purposes, i.e. if you do not provide us with personal data for example by a registration, we will only collect the data that your browser transmits to us. That is:

  • IP address
  • Date an time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Contents of the request (conrete page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • amount of data transferred in each case
  • Website from which the request originates
  • browser
  • operation system and its interface
  • language and version of the browser software

We store this data, incl./excl. the IP address, in log files. This data is technically necessary for us to display our website, to guarantee stability and security, and to optimise our services. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO, whereby our legitimate interest arises from the aforementioned purposes. We delete this data after 7 days at the latest. Any further storage will only take place after the IP address has been deleted or made anonymous

 

c) e-Mail-Kontakt

If you contact us via the e-mail addresses provided by us, we will store the personal data you provide in order to respond to your enquiries.

The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, whereby our legitimate interest arises from the aforementioned purposes. If the purpose of the contact is to conclude a contract or if the contact takes place within the framework of an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO. The data will be deleted once the request has been processed.  You can object to the processing at any time.

 

d) Google Maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website, and  it offers you to conveniently use the map function.

When you visit our website or a corresponding subpage, the information that you access is forwarded to Google. The data of this declaration mentioned in a) will be transmitted, too, regardless of whether Google provides a user account in which you are logged in or not. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you need to log out before activating the function [or: clicking on the button]. Google stores your data in usage profiles and processes it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out (even for users who are not logged in) above all to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles; to exercise this right you need to contact Google.

IV. Which rights do you have?

You have the following rights with respect to personal data:

- Right to information,

- right to rectification or cancellation,

- right to restrict processing,

- right to object to the processing,

- right to data portability.

You can also complain about us at the data protection supervisory authority.

If you have given your consent, you can revoke it at any time without affecting the legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation.
