We make use of the customer's existing IT possibilities, then we order the customer's required EVU under standardised procedures / interfaces, whether this involves SAP, XML, IDOC, EDIFACT, or copies of bills of lading.

Where there is no interface to the customer's IT system possible / available, the order is placed via a web interface (RIFO).
Check for illogical errors on behalf of the customer (plausibility check of wagon number, check for duplicate order, etc.)
