Our range of services includes various individual solutions to make it easier for our customers to commission national and international rail freight transport, regardless of the loading condition, the number of wagons, or the railway company to be commissioned. We make use of the customer's existing IT possibilities, then we order the customer's required EVU under standardised procedures / interfaces, whether this involves SAP, XML, IDOC, EDIFACT, or copies of bills of lading.

We are the professionals our customers need to fill a bill of lading with the right content and to maintain the master data central to ensure consistent quality, for example:


  • sender
  • receiver / recipient
  • relation (dispatch/forwarding station – destination station)
  • divergent freight payer (freight payer in dispatch FZR – freight payer in reception FZE)
  • wagon number
  • product (information about / indication of hazardous goods where applicable)
  • weight

A close and cross-departmental cooperation with the Freight Revision and Fleet Management department is particularly important to us. In this bill of ladingway, we can assure a proficient and smooth freight invoicing and provide a solid base by holding all relevant information for the 


We can guarantee these points in daily business, through:

  • Qualified master data which can be created or adapted flexibly and at short notice

  • Commissioning according to RID standard (official regulations on hazardous goods)

  • Redistributions including corresponding CIT documents (CIT 7, CIT22, ect.) - if the destination of wagons has to be changed subsequently

  • Permanent monitoring of processes

  • If required, direct feedback to the customer on the status of an order (copies of consignment notes, electronic feedback to the customer, Control, Aperak, IFTMAN)

  • Where there is no interface to the customer's IT system possible / available, the order is placed via a web interface (RIFO).

  • Check for illogical errors on behalf of the customer (plausibility check of wagon number, check for duplicate order, etc.)
